Transparent from the start

Full-service management begins at 6.5% of collected rent for 1–5 units, with portfolio pricing for larger groups. Routine maintenance coordination and monthly owner reporting are included. Ordinary vacancy does not create a monthly management charge when no rent is collected. Specialized compliance, licensing, major-project, and turnover engagements are separately scoped, and third-party costs are passed through transparently.
